On December 17, 2025, CoStar Group, Inc.’s Board of Directors approved an updated Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, which included the following revisions, among other items:
- a letter to employees from Founder & CEO, Andy Florance
- a reorganization of the sections of the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics around the following:
- a commitment to excellence and ethical conduct;
- acting with integrity;
- protecting CoStar assets;
- compliance with laws, rules and regulations; and
- our culture and our community
- a graphic to provide guidance if a gift is appropriate in the business context; a reference to the Company’s social media policy; and a new section on the responsible use of large learning models; and
- a resource page to identify CoStar contacts to answer questions.
